• Contacts: To quickly select a person when creating debt records

Chuntak does NOT share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties. Since all data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to external servers, there is no opportunity for data sharing.

5.2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party libraries and frameworks for technical functionality:

• Flutter Framework (by Google): Cross-platform development framework used to build the App
• SQLite: Local database engine for storing your data on your device
• Android System Libraries: For accessing device features (camera, contacts, notifications) with your permission

Important: These third-party components operate entirely on your device. They do not collect, transmit, or process your personal data to external servers. We do not integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

5.3. Google Play Services

The App is distributed through Google Play Store, which may collect certain technical information about app installations and updates. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and is separate from Chuntak's data practices.

6. Your Data Export and Sharing Options

You have complete control over your data and can export it at any time:

• PDF Export: Generate professional PDF reports of your debts and transactions
• CSV Export: Export data in spreadsheet format for use in other applications
• Manual Sharing: You can choose to share exported files via email, messaging apps, or cloud storage

Any sharing of your data through export features is entirely voluntary and under your direct control. The App does not automatically share or sync your data to any service.

7. Your Rights and Choices

As a Chuntak user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: You have complete access to all your data at any time through the App interface
• Right to Rectification: You can edit, update, or correct any information at any time
• Right to Deletion: You can delete individual records or all data through the App settings or by uninstalling the App
• Right to Data Portability: You can export your data in PDF or CSV format at any time
• Right to Object: You can decline any optional permissions (contacts, camera, notifications) while continuing to use core features
• Right to Restrict Processing: You can disable specific features (reminders, notifications) through settings

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete, immediate control over your information without needing to contact us or submit requests.

8. Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your data through the following methods:

• Delete Individual Records: Swipe or select any debt record and choose "Delete"
• Clear All Data: Go to Settings → Data Management → Clear All Data
• Uninstall the App: Removing the App from your device permanently deletes all local data

Warning: Data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered unless you have created a backup export. We recommend exporting important data before performing deletion.

9. Children's Privacy

Chuntak is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at buxorovbahodir11@gmail.com.

If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete such information. However, since Chuntak stores all data locally on the device, parents and guardians can directly manage and delete data by accessing the App on the child's device.

10. International Users and Data Location

Chuntak can be used by users worldwide. Since the App stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit data to servers, there are no cross-border data transfers or international data processing concerns.

Your data remains in the country where your device is physically located and never leaves your device.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will:
